AOC Coteaux Languedoc
Grenache, Carignan, Syrah (50/30/20%) – vines between 35 and 70 years old. Yields 25 hl/ha. Organic. All our grapes are harvested and sorted by hand. Classic and natural vinification in concrete vats. Production 24,000 bottles.

LA DIVA Red 2020/21
Vin de France
Syrah (55%) et Grenache (35%) and Alicante (15%) from a 100 years old vineyard, yielding only 12hl/ha. Organic. All grapes are hand-picked and hand-selected. Soft- and classical vinification with long skin-contact. 9 months of aging in 600-liter barrels of the finest (and most discrete) quality of French oak. Production 12.000 bouteilles.
‘Cherries and chocolate with a chock of hazelnut skin, coffee-bean bitterness and praline sweatness, tannins like ink-dust and rain. This wine has an incredible density and concentration at its core, but ripples out towards freshness and elegance’ (JR)

L'UNIQUE
L’Unique 2020/21
Unique for its 24 months of aging in 600 liter barrels of the finest, and therefor remarquably discrete quality French oak (Damy, Meursault).
Unique, also, for the yearly cooperation with every time another female artist, giving each vintage its unique work of art. All grapes are harvested and sorted by hand. Organic.
‘Formidable fruit intensity, but not remotely heavy or extracted or too ripe. The tannins slip through the fruit like fingers over harp strings. There is an inner glow to this wine, full of inner beauty’ (JR/TC). Production 1.900 bottles.

DAME BLANCHE
Dame Blanche 2023/24
Vin de Pays d’Oc
All grapes picked and selected by hand. Organic. 100% aged in Amphoras of non-porous, double-baked terracotta. Batonnages sur lies. Production 5,000 bottles.
‘Pears, custard apples, prickling with energy. Tastes like those Lebanese salted lemons you get in a jar, fenugreek, salt and pepper. It’s a very pure, naked and beautiful expression of Grenache Blanc’ (JR/TC)

Diva Blanche 2023/24
Vin de Pays d’Oc
100% Grenache Blanc from clay-limestone soil with flint and fossilized oysters. Organic.
Hand-picked and selected. Soft pressing, fermentation starts in tank and ends in 600-liter barrels of the finest quality of French oak (Damy, Meursault / delicate, medium long toast).
Vinified like a white Burgundy: batonages sur lies and malo-lactic fermentation permitted – exceptional for the region.
‘Hawthorn and acacia-blossom notes; spiced, creamed pears, dried thyme and mouth-watering dustiness. Honey and fennel pollen, black salt and lime flowers, the sweetness of nutmeg ..

LE ROSÉ AMPHORE
Rosé Amphore 2024
AOC COTEAUX DU LANGUEDOC
Grenache and Syrah (50/30/20%), yields of 25 hl/ha. Organic. All our grapes are harvested and sorted by hand. Direct pressing. Neutral yeasts, no artificial aromas. No use of carbon.
100% aged in Amphora of double-backed terracotta.
‘Like the Terre des Dames whites, it has this intense, peppery lift and bite. The fruit is sweet and ripe; guavas, rose, tomato-vine, crushed oregano, lemon verbena. Structurally, it’s long, geometrically firm and yet fluent. The epitome of a gastronomic rosé – just gorgeous!’ (JC/TC)
