Terre des Dames – La Diva 2016
Vin de Pays d’Oc

La Diva is a concentrated, elegant yet supple red wine with an attractive complexity.

The originality comes from its blend: Syrah and Grenache (from our best AOC plots, 55/30%) with Alicante (15%), coming from 100-years old grapevines, yielding no more than 15 hl/ha.

All grapes are harvested and selected by hand. Organic since 2009.

Classical, low intervention vinification. Aged in barrel (big volume, finest French oak) for 12 months.

L’Unique 2017

A Unique experiment: a Burgundy-aging for a Languedoc wine: An unusual period of 24 months in 600 L barrels of the finest quality French oak.

Blend: 80% our most ancien plots of Syrah (28 hl/ha) with 20% Grenache Noir – all harvested and selected by hand.

We were surprised by the exceptional refined quality : wood hardly noticeable, striking freshness and elegance. Delicacy closer to Northern Rhône than Languedoc.

Jancis Robinson : ‘Very Impressive’

Limited production in heavy Burgundy bottled, platform for expression of our female artist project: Millésime 2017: Marie-Line Greffard with her work ‘Quantique’.  Production 1500 bottles.

Le Blanc 2017  –  Vin de Pays d’Oc

A pure and agreeable white wine, made from 100% white grenache – our favorite grape variety for its striking minerality and freshness.

Yields under 40hl/ha. Harvest and selection of the grapes by hand.

50% aged in barrels for 6 months.

A fresh and mineral white wine with a long finish.

Production 5000 bouteilles.

Diva Blanche 2019

A rare 100% white Grenache, coming from an older vineyard with fossilised oysters.

Yields only 30hl/ha. Vin de Pays, since we made the choice not to blend this pure and mineral Grenache with another grape-variety, thus preserving its delicacy.

Harvest and selection of the grapes by hand.

100% aged in 600 litres barrels of the finest quality of French Oak – 50% new – adding a subtle additional complexity without any dominance of the wood. Battonages sur lie.

Rich, slightly toasted, but also fresh fruit and anise. Long lasting, refreshing quality.
A subtility close to a white Burgundy.

Production 2000 bottles
